Communication techniques for employees 2

I'm looking for a business communication expert/ business coach,

who is able to share specific communication techniques

that can be used to facilitate communication between employees in the workplace.

Each of these techniques must be explained in clear english,

within an instructive pdf document.

Every technique will be described following this structure:

1) When do you employ this technique?

-how do you know what is the right situation?

2) Why do you employ this technique?

-what is the aim of this technique

3) How does the technique work?

-What are the related concepts involved

-what kind of results you should expect

-Provide concrete examples or stories of this technique working

4) How can a newbie learn the technique?

-how much time does it take to master the technique

-describe a step-by-step training guide or some exercises

to practice and eventually learn the technique

-what are the concepts that you absolutely need to understand

in order to be successful with this technique?

-This is a test job, so if you successfully write an instructive pdf for a single technique, you will be asked to write 4 more.

-In this job, I will only give you 1 pdf to create.

If your content is valuable and helpful to people, I will pay you 10$.

Then I will create another job for the remaining 4 pdf, I will pay you 10$ for each.

all rights to the created material are transferred to me.
