AUSSIE or NEW ZEALAND Accent Phone Support

Hi, PLEASE NOTE ***This job is for people who have an Australian or New Zealand accent. You are dealing with Australian customers for this site so I only want people who are Aussies or New Zealanders. Please do NOT bid if you have an accent other than Australian or New Zealand*** I require someone to work 1-2 hours daily answering telephone calls for our supplement business. Initially you will only be answering calls for one of our products. After a few weeks you can also answer calls for our other sites if you have the time available and if you do a good job on this first site. This first site is for a weight loss supplement. You will need to read through our site and learn about the product. You will email us with any questions you have. Many calls are people just checking up to see if we are a legit business as many people don’t trust web operators. Other calls are to make phone orders. Other calls are for more information, etc…it’s all over the place. This is how our system is setup currently. People call the number and leave a message. You will log into our online account and listen to the messages. Then you will call these people up. You don’t need to be standing at your phone all day waiting for calls, but atleast once per day you need to sit down and start making calls. Monday – Friday…if you can do Monday-Saturday even better. You must have a reliable broadband connection as you will be using skype to make the calls. We will provide you with a skype account. Also, all calls will be recorded so 1) we see how you perform 2) For our own internal needs to see what customers are calling about If you have experience as a call center agent or telemarketing that would be handy.
