I have worked in call center outsourcing for nine years, six of which were spent in training and training management positions. During this period, I have developed and delivered training programs on several soft skills topics, applied to the specifics of the call center industry. I have also developed and delivered training session for over 50 B2B and B2C outbound telemarketing and cold calling campaigns.
One of the e-books I have published, titled “Telesales”, provides a short overview of my expertise and knowledge and is available on the Bookboon website. It can serve as an outline for the course, as well as a participant's guide.
Given the urgency of the project, I find the fact that I already have training materials on the subject (such as a general outline, participant's guide, slides, exercises and role plays) to be a great advantage, as I can get started ASAP after a fast customization based on your specific objectives and product or service. I also have experience in delivering training over Skype, Cisco and WebEx.
