Business to Business Sales Professional

We are a growing company seeking an experienced sales and client services professional. The position is a contract-based opportunity. The compensation is 100% commission + bonus. You will have up to eight weeks to complete this project as it will end on July 31, 2008. We are seeking two candidates for this project. If you work with an associate who can provide the second half of the work that is fine. But, we need two people on this project. The successful candidate’s will have: 1) Verifiable sales experience with a proven track record of success. 2) Excellent customer service skills. 3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4) An outgoing personality. 5) Not afraid to work! 6) A positive attitude. 7) A no excuses mentality. 8) A working telephone to make calls. Cel phones are not preferred and you will NOT be reimbursed for used cellular phone minutes. You will not be reimbursed for long-distance phone calls. Phone calls will be made to Colorado area codes 303, 720, 719 and 970. We prefer someone who has an unlimited long distance plan on their phone. Business to business sales experience is a must!!! You must be a self-starter who can work alone with no supervision. Experienced professionals only please; we will not be providing rudimentary customer service or sales training. We will give you all of the necessary information to acclimate yourself with our company and answer client questions. Experience in the wedding industry is not required but is a very big plus!!!! The sales aspect of this position is business to business. You will be following up on an e-mail and fax blast marketing campaign that will be sent out to over 1500 businesses. We are offering these businesses a membership in our network. Our membership fees are nominal. This is a very easy service to sell. Their membership with us will expose them to future clients and increase their bottom line. It will be the successful candidate’s job to contact these businesses directly to answer any questions they may have and encourage them to apply. This is not a high pressure sales position; we need a strong closer with a soft touch. But we need results! The way the commission and bonus income breaks down is this: A membership in our network costs $86.00. The commission you will be paid is $15.00 for every business you get to sign up and pay their fees by the July 31st deadline. You will be paid a bonus at the end of registration based on the total number of business you get to sign up. Our quota for this project is 300 completed memberships. Based on the 1500 total qualified leads we are providing; we will need no less than a 20% closing ratio, that should be pretty easy for a proven sales professional. Our goal for the project is 500 completed memberships. Help us meet our quota and goal and you’ll receive an additional bonus. The bonus schedule works as follows: 50 or less sign ups = No bonus paid 51-199 sign ups = $1.00 each. Bonus $51.00 up to $199.00 200-399 sign ups = $2.00 each. Bonus $200.00 up to $798.00 400-599 sign ups = $3.00 each. Bonus $1200.00 up to $1797.00 600+ sign ups = $4.00 each. Bonus $2400 and up Additional Bonus. If our team meets our quota of 300 memberships by our July 31st deadline; we will pay a Quota Bonus of $250.00 to both contractors. Additionally, if we meet our goal of 500 memberships by our July 31st deadline; we will pay a Goal Bonus of $500.00 to both contractors. Your level of production will help determine if you will be offered future opportunities with our company as well. There is the possibility of additional opportunities but there is no offer of a long-term contract or full-time employment.
