Conduct Survey in Algeria on Social Issues

We are conducting a Survey on rights and freedom on behalf of an NGO. The survey asks 30 questions about citizens rights, duties and freedom. They are all multiple choice questions, and a typical survey will take about about 3 minutes. The survey can be conducted on Telephone, Online (through Facebook, email etc.), or in person. Atleast 10% (30 Surveys) must be done on phone or in person.
