Process Criteria :
Cleint should have atleast $10000 of unsecured debt
Client must be working or should be on a fixed income
Client should be willing to talk to our debt specialist
Center Criteria :
Need to do a live transfer to our centre
Should be able to start asap with min 5 agents - max 100 agents
Prior calling experience - Recordings and details should be posted to our email
Need to arrange a con call with your agents before we could start
Leads will be provided (Initially the center have to manage for the 1st few days)
Note : We are currently looking for only philippines centers to work with us but if any other centers across the globe are potential enough to delivery quality leads then can leave your details and we will contact you according to your profile

We are a brand new call center based in the Philippines and was established last January 2009 with only few accounts started. We are expanding in a very short time simply because of the quality of service that we provide and excellent customer service that we give to both our clients and customers.

We only started with 20 agents and now we have almost 100 agents who are working hard to give excellent service for both outbound and inbound accounts. We are not a big call center but our hearts are as big as veteran and stabled center here in the Philippines.
