Comparing RDF/XML and Topic Maps(XTM)

HI to every one,

I am doing a research project in RDF and Topic maps. The project is so simple i have to compare the two technologies and find the best of the two. I have tagsets for both RDF and Topic Maps, Now i have to use PHP to read these RDF and topic maps and fetch the data. In a short is like a search engine for each of the technologies and comparing them. I am attaching the RDF tagset with this message.

Can any one help me in doing the project.
