As a fellow Australian, I assume you would prefer British English spelling, but I am also familiar with US English spelling if you would rather use that in your transcript. Most of my clients opt for non-verbatim transcripts with filler words (umm & ahh) removed, but I can provide a verbatim transcript if you prefer.
