Analyze the case utilizing the analysis guide. The document should be written for the management team of Ganong, the subject of this case analysis. The report should be written in essay format (not point form) and should not exceed 2000 words (approximately 8 pages) ??" indicate on the cover page the number of words. In terms of exhibits, these should not exceed three pages ??" although more than one exhibit per page is permitted. Overall the report should be 11 font, 1.5 or double spaced, include a table of contents and follow the strategic analysis guideline in developing your analysis and providing your recommendation. Be aware that the analysis guide is meant to facilitate the analysis, not every case will require you to evaluate the issues by following each section of the guide. Use only those sections (and pertaining questions) that are applicable to the case. However, realized that a complete analysis will include detailed external and internal analysis, an evaluation of alternatives (pros and cons of each), and a recommendation based (supported) on the analysis. In terms of the exhibits, this is not included as part of the word count restriction of the document, however, the exhibits should be limited to models (i.e. porter five force, value chain, Fit model, SWOT, Strategic group mapping, Ratio analysis), graphs, charts, evaluation of alternatives (i.e. criteria) and analysis of financials, etc. ??" the exhibits are meant to supplement the analysis ??" they are not meant to be used to expand the analysis. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
