Arabic to English Document Translation (Health specific)

Hello, I have an Arabic document which consists 40-50 pages. I need it to be translated to English. It doen't needs to be exactly word to word translation, if it gives the main idea correct idea with other words, its ok for me. I want to understand this document thats all..
