Need some interviews conducted in Chinese/Mandarin, transcribed to EXCELLENT English. I do NOT need it in written Chinese. Please download the sample recording, and PM me with your transcribed work. Requirement Scope: MANDARIN>> ENGLISH Transcription. I do not need the Italian transcription. Source Language: Mandarin ( mp3/wma files) Target Language : English Text, in Ms Word Format, proper formatting, not just using tab, so I can easily copy and paste them. This project is for a 58 mins recording, with more to come. Rate is at SGD30 per hour of recording.

This sample recording lasts about 3 minutes and it took me 30 minutes to hear it out AND put it into English. This is consistent with my experience that it takes 3 to 10 times the audio length to get transcription done. It is more difficult when the speaker has an local accent, which is the case with the interviewee in this recording file. Based on my previous experience in transcribing, the typical payment is at least RMB20 per minute of recording. I am willing to take a little less, considering the potential, larger volume of work.
