Create a Video

I am looking for someone who is willing to add effects on my footage. Its a simple job. All I need is a lightsaber effect and other effects that add power effects to the videos. The freelancer that I am looking for must be good at After Effects, and have done a similar job already. This is an easy job so it should be not take too long and this should not cost much. Thanks!
