Create Multiple animation video with Sparkol or similar

This is fairly good size project. Animation style Videos using SPARKOL...Approximately 10 -20 - 2-3 minute whiteboard videos to start but would like to set up a time to discuss rather than put in an email..I would like to work out a flat fee for on a Per Video basis. I have a few questions about timing of turn around and I have more specific details I can give you when we speak. I will need a Voiceover person as well (preferably female voice) I would like a non disclosure signed when hired and would like all rights to the videos after creation for any and all use...Once freelance is narrowed down, we will have a phone call or skype to discuss details...Looking forward to an ongoing working project..
