Design background of 3 page Brochure

We have a three page brochure. The basic layout has been decided. It needs a background design. It must be industrial design. After the background has been decided on, the layout may need to be changed. Some photo's and drawings need to be edited. They may need improving and background removed. Final files to be delivered as word doc, abode illustrator and pdf or another easy to use file. All files must be unlocked and not missing any plugins. We also need black templates of the final design. Background Design: This is very important. Design must be unique not a predesigned template. It must be industrial style. So it should be subtle but come across professional. The final product needs to have good colour and balance. If necessary the font type and sizes can be adjusted. Current brochure attached. We will pay a bonus if the project is finished quickly with a fantastic design.
