Broker Price Opinion Reports

This project is ONLY for. State of Florida, USA. Active Licensed (in good standing) Real Estate Agents or Brokers. MUST practice Real Estate in Dade or Broward Counties. MUST have active MLS account. SCOPE OF WORK 1. This BID request is to complete 10 BPO's in 5 days, (See Enclosed BPO sample). 2. Selected person, will search in the MLS system and complete the report. 3. No site visits or drive by, only office research work per each BPO. Pictures will be provided by us. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Word, MLS, PDF
