Backlink expert: 1000 PR4+ backlinks

I am seeking a professional link builder than can deliver 1000 one way, non reciprocal links from Ib pages with at least Google PR4 and above. I will provide keywords, anchor text and URL's GUIDELINES: * All backlinks must be on urls that are PR4+ or higher. * All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW. * All backlinks must be ONE WAY (no link from my side requiered back) * Only one backlink per domain * Only one domain per IP * Each backlink must be on a different A or B or C-class IP's * All backlinks must go live after you have created them * [login to view URL] may NOT be excluded for the page the backlink is on. * All pages with a backlink to our site must be search engine friendly. * Backlinks must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Backlink page must already be indexed and cached in Google, Yahoo, Bing and MSN within the last 30-90 days. * Permanent links only! You agree to replace any link that is removed within 6 month after delivery. * If I found a backlink that I feel is inapropiate I have the right to have it removed and replaced by a new one. * I provide the anchor text on pages where it's possible to chose anchor text. NOT ALLOWED: * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No backlinks from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All Ibsites, hacker, , ping sites, etc. * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing, MSN etc. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money from me later on! * No use of automated software or bots. * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * No adult Ibsites or sites with illegal content. * NO black hat or grey hat tactics. I require white hat techniques only. You will need to produce a daily report with the following: 1. URL of page where link is located. 2. Google PR of the page where our link is located. 3.
