I am looking for windows dialer that auto configure the TCP/IP network to connect to a Dialup Internet Service Provider. I think you can build this application simply based on Windows Dialup networking. 1) Phone book with preload phone numbers. 2) Allow windows dialer to update new numbers from a server. 3) work with all versions of windows (Win98, XP, ME, NT, 2000 , windows 7) Also Creater should know how to use freeradius-server versions.

Dear sir, I can develop this kind software for you using VB.Net and TAPI 3.2. The Phone book is better store in database such as MySQL or MS Access, so we can modified later for future purpose.
