Data import for ms access + Outlook

Budget for project is $50. I want a really really simple system devised and set up for me, eventually I will intergrate this into other databases, but essentially I want to have two tables, one for Int_Results, the other for Ext_Results and have an automatic system that parses certian email folders, as well as certian folders on the network (that can be set) for excel spreadsheets or CSV files. I will provide copies of each file, but what I want is for a VBA module, or something to be able to parse through each file, and import it into a table in the database, which will basically have the format of: ID, SampleID, Analyte, Result, Date&Time Import, FileName_Import, Import_Company There can be one or two holding tables if required before it gets imported into that final table for external results, and another table for internal results which will basically be: ID, SampleID, Analyte, Result, Date&Time Import, FileName_Import Perhaps when files are imported they should be saved into an import complete folder. I will provide copies of the files that would need to be imported, and I can try and source a few of them so that there is some variability for comparison.
