Autoresponder for Appraiser

Need a programmer to write auto-response scripts so that we can grab work that is broadcast by users of apraisals to a dozen people. I want to grab that work before another guy can. The work is sent out by appraisal management companies & I need the scripts to detect the incoming email and send a response or click on a link to auto-accept the work for me. I would pay for each auto-responder and / or pay by the work received (performance of the script/responder) afterward too.
