Backup and Restore of Hyper-V and VMware (vSphere) virtual machines(repost)

Design a basic backup/restore interface that can list existing VMs on a server. Should be able to select a VM for backup, specify the backup type (Full, Differential/Incremental) and perform snapshot backups to a specified destination.

Restore should be capable of restoring snapshots to an existing or new VM.

## Deliverables

Your code should operate as a stand-alone application during development, and it will be integrated as a DLL into our application on completion. Our application is written in VB .NET.

Support for Full and Differential/Incremental Snapshots of VM disks.
