Developing an Access/VB.net Application- customer management

Project is for the development of a small Access/VB.net application for our Non for profit Tudor school We are looking for an experienced and agile programmer in either Access 2007 or VB.Net, and knowledge of SQL Server databases. Our aim is to create a small application running our client database and scheduling of instructions to various classes. No automatic scheduling is necessary. The programmer will also have to support bugs and questions regarding the application usage. I’m attaching one of our contacts (LI-FIVE) which shows all the information we need to have for each customer. we need to be able to cut that information in many ways –exp; weekly/monthly schedules, that have 3grade-5grade, who said ‘Yes’ to a flyer, who have event coming up etc.. Later we’ll want to be able to apply that information on other things (templets) like flyers, invoices etc. please specify the timeframe and method you will be using
