A client of ours requires a bespoke database management software for his Accident Claims Management company.
The new software must connect to the inhouse database (MySql) a dummy mysql server will be setup with a mirrored database with the complete structure, with sample data
The software must present the data from the database..
The Data.
The data is a MySql table, consisting of....
Client Table :- Which store the clients data along with the accident details
Notes Table :- the notes attached to the clients account, This should be linked to the client (there is a client_id field linkning both tables)
The software must present the data from both tables, the software must make provisions to add,edit and delete from the mysql table.
The software must provision for exporting the client view to......
a) Excell
b) Word
c) PDF
The software must also present the option to PRINT the client view.
This project is time sensative, but highly lucritive.
The MySql Database also has a Users table, with usernames, passwords etc etc, so this software must present a login form and take details from the users table to allow access to the software
