This is strange. Are you sure this is because of an application upgrade? How do you start your script and does it report any error? Your budget is pretty high for this but I cannot bid less than £250.

Does this need to be accomplished in VB? Depending on your needs, I could code this in PowerShell if this is a viable option for you. I have created many PowerShell scripts which extract data from AD for various needs. Are you able to clarify your requirements so I may be able to advise?
