Asterisk Install and configure Vicidial server for call center

Customer requires Vicidial server for inbound and outbound call center. Hardware being used will be PowerEdge R520 with 1TB Raid 1, and 4TB drive dedicated for recordings. Server will require inbound feature, there will be 6 or more users in the call center taking inbound calls (door to door reps will be calling in warm leads) Server will also require outbound feature, Campaigns will be created for predictive and click to dial. Currently looking at using Engin for sip provider as there will be alot of mobile calls. If you have any more questions, pleases inbox me.
