Customization in asterisk vicidial for PC less agent operations

I want to setup a goautodial server for one of my client. I am looking for some customizations with proper documentation and source code with reference to the how agent interacts with the goautodial server.
In normal scenario the agent logins, logouts over agent client and updates the call disposition on the agent client itself. In my case, the agent will have no PC, they will have only analog phone (connected through ATA/ SIP gateway). From this anlog phone itself agent is supposed to login, logout, break, transfer, conference etc and post the completion of the call updates the call disposition through the DTMF operation.
I would expect following as part of delivery:-
-documentation with call flow (of agent operations)
-documentation of the configuration in system
-source code of the module where ever changes are made and additional scripts if any
-Training
- Configuration and setup of this change through Remote access on the test or production system.
Timeline is 5 days
I am looking for fixed fee model for this project
