Call Manager 6.1 Initial Setup

I am seeking highly experienced support with setting up Call Manager 6.1 Business Edition and Unity on a MCS Server. I am using a MGCP Gateway on my Cisco 2811 router, this PRI is already configured and up. I will be doing this Thursday Evening March 3rd at 4:30 PM CST. This will be done via a team viewer session and can be a flat dollar value or on an hourly basis. You must be Highly Skilled and not just a newby with a certification! I need to Configure the following items to start with. Route Patterns Translation Patterns Hunt Groups Lines and Extensions.
