configure fax on cloud asterisk/grandstream ATAs/multitel & Pilvo

Happy New Year Freelancers! I wish you each a most happy, healthy, and prosperous 2017! We are struggling with fax (yes, welcome back to the 1990s!) Here is the situation: We have an asterisk/cloud based voip system connected to a Grandstream ATA (one 8 port and one 24 port), then to two fax machines. We are having trouble getting them to consistently send and receive. We are working with Pilvo and Mulltitel as termination providers. We have two fax machines in the office and would like to configure, train our network admin team, and that’s all. We’ll have a conf call /working session. Will probably take a couple hours end-2-end for the session. We'd like to do on Jan 1st at 10:00am EST if possible.
