approved comments on 100 dofollow blogs

My requirements are quite simple, and I only have 5 of them: - Just as the title says, I need APPROVED comments on posts from 100 dofollow blogs (no rel="nofollow" tag). These must be blogs hosted on DIFFERENT DOMAINS, i.e. commenting on post 1, post 2 and post 3 from [login to view URL] only counts as 1 comment, since these 3 comments came from the same domain name. - These comments MUST be done on blogs that are about the topic of dentistry. The following keywords MUST be somewhere on the page: "teeth whitening" "cosmetic dentist" "cosmetic dentistry" "porcelain veneers" "invisalign" "tooth whitening" "partial dentures" "porcelain crowns" "teeth bonding" "tooth bonding" "dentures" "orthodontics" (As a bonus, I will pay twice the agreed per comment rate if you get a comment approved on a dofollow blog about teeth and dentistry in general.) - I will supply you with 5 keywords which you will rotate when you use them as anchor text (it can be used either within the comment, or under the "name" field; either way as long as the link is dofollow). I will give the specific keywords and how many times to use them upon awarding the job. - These comments MUST be done at a rate of 5-8 comments per day -- do NOT, under ANY circumstances, get these comments all in one go. - You will fill out a URL submission report which will include: URL with approved comment, anchor text used, date approved. This report will be emailed to me at the end of the day. That's pretty much it all my requirements. Post with your bid for 100 comments and how long it will take you to do it.
