I need to design a program that extracts data from a game (Goodgame Empire) The program would work in tandem with a web application, and extract specific pieces of information at a specific user's request. I need someone to create a web service and create an API so that we can make a direct API call to that web service with a unique key (e.g. username), and API will return data in JSON or XML format. I do not own the game, and so don't have access to any databases, APIs, etc. the data will need to be extracted from a user's browser rather than connecting to the server. I have a detailed specification available on request.
