Custom Tumblr Theme

Hi, my name is Natasha and basically I'm looking for a custom Tumblr theme. I want to use this tumblr theme as a template: http://iam.beyonce.tumblr.com. I had a friend of mine add the sidebar and logo as this was his limitation. What I need done is to have my pictures show the same way it does here: [login to view URL] with my logo overlapping them a little like it over laps the sidebar i.e., SIDEBAR | LOGO | POSTS). My main concern is getting my photos (posts) to right align in three column masonry like it does here: [login to view URL] and to be able to click on each post and then navigate .
