Convert html pages to new template

I have approximately 68 pages with html text that need to be moved to a new template. The formatting will remain the same on the new page. I will be sending all the old html pages, plus an example page, the template and css file. I have attached the before and after. The "after file" has an "a" at the end of the file name.
