Business website and SMS text message response program

For A freelancer: I have purchased the web address [login to view URL] and need to hire someone to create and organize my business website. I need a programmer that can create software that can send particular text messages in response to receiving a text message. Essentially, my idea is to help market properties in the real estate or other business through text messaging. Imagine seeing a real estate sign in the front lawn of a house with 2 sets of numbers on it. The first is the ID Number, the 4 digit number that, once put in a text and messaged to the second 5 digit number, will produce a pre programmed message back to the phone. My website will need to read the 4 digit code sent via text and be able to pull out the corresponding information and send it back to the phone number that the text message was sent from. The second number on the sign is the number that the ID Number is sent to. Essentially this second 5 digit number is the direct line to my computer. The 4 digit ID Number is read by the website’s program and is used to pick out the correct message to have it sent back to the number. The program has to be able to receive these texts in order to produce the correct information and have the information sent back to the phone number that sent the text message. The programmer must really create 3 things and get them to work together. 1) Create Software. The software must be able to receive texts from the 5 digit number and read the 4 digit ID Number contained in the text message, then pull out the correct information that is stored in the database and send it back to the cell phone that original text came from. 2) The Database. A database must be created to organize data for use by the website and software. The database will be storing customer information such as Login and Password information, the customers marketing message information and data about cell phone numbers that text a customers ID Number. 3) The Website. The website is the face of my company, it’s where customers go, set up Login and Passwords, enter information, view their information and place orders. The website needs to be able to let users purchase ID Numbers and enter in their unique messages and needs to show the cell phone numbers of those who have text messaged their ID Numbers. Building those 3 parts having them able to work together to gather, share information and send it back out, is what I need from a freelancer/programmer. That’s the core function of my website and business but I also need someone to create my website. The website should have a way for users to create accounts with Login and Passwords. Also, it has to have a way for users to purchase ID Numbers and be given the chance to purchase our signs for every ID Number that is bought. I want account holders to have a way to access a record of all phone numbers that send a message with their 4 digit ID Number. I want all transactions to be through Paypal. I have a detailed outline of what I want the function of each part of my website to be and expect the major goals and basic functions of the things in the outline to be completed. In summary, the programmer should have good experience with SMS text marketing, designing SMS text systems that work with online websites in the way I’ve described, creating systems for transactions through Paypal, and skills in developing and launching business websites and organizing data for the owner. This project will require lots of communication with me and payment will be received once the project is completed. If the project is completed within 3 months of the date that it is awarded to the programmer I will give a $200 bonus. I require programmers give me full legal control over the finished product and require that the finished product contain no stolen or replicated intellectual property that is protected by law or that is unoriginal. I would prefer a programmer from America simply for ease of communication but if you’re qualified, can do this job, have experience and think you can do my job well, talk to me. How It Works Online sales- A customer must create a Profile on my website in order to participate. They can create a login name and password and then go on to access TYP’s products. We offer a text message marketing service that consumers can subscribe to, enter in their own custom marketing information and then check out using a Paypal account. Services offered to the customer include the ability to look at an organized list of numbers from text messages received, the date and time of these received messages, the ability to purchase or rent signs with the appropriate Text Message Number and ID Number on them, the option to add multiple orders to a single account for more multiple properties and to set a date for the service to charge. Marketing Sales- At the bottom of every customer designed text message TYP reserves the right to add a short promotion. TYP should have an administrative function that allows TYP to attach a message of up to 20 characters to the bottom of out going text messages. Our goal is to sell these bottom 20 characters to local business as a promotion to keep the cost of our services cheaper and to pass down more affordable service to the customer. TYP should have an administrative section on [login to view URL] (separate from customer profiles) that will allow TYP to designate what numbers will carry a given 20 character message at the bottom of the text. This administrative section should only be accessible by TYP employees with control over the site. The administrative section should also allow TYP to access and edit customer messages and account information. Signage- Customers can choose to rent marketing signs displaying the Text Message Number and ID Number or can obtain a sign through some other means and apply the vital Text Message Number or ID Number on their own. We charge a refundable $25 deposit plus shipping and handling for use of our signs.
