Banner design for my website

My Requirement ---------------------- I have 4 different kinds of Category in my Job website. Category listed below 1)MOBILE PROJECTS 2)Software & Webdesign 3)Business & Marketing 4)Creative & Media Projects So i have separate pages for Jobs related to these 4 modules and i am planning to design Banners for these 4 pages based on its context. Type of Resource: Looking for highly "Creative" and "Artistic" Designer to make these Banners. Duration: 3-4 days Max Willing to Provide Unlimited Revision based on my Feedback if needed. Size:Standard (Width 960px - 980px) Attached is one sample work for reference, and also attaching website background color to mix-match banner design with right color combination.
