I would like a html website designed and developed.
The site will consist of the following 5 pages:
[1] Home Page
[2] Donations and Bequests
[3] About the Association
[4] Download Application Form
[5] Contact
I will supply the text content for all pages, as well as a PDF of the Application Form to be downloaded.
A navigation menu showing the 5 pages must appear on all pages, with the page that the user is currently on indicated with some kind of graphic highlighting. Design must be simple and professional. Colour scheme of burgundy and grey. Graphics like this:

No blog. No latest news. No Facebook/Linkedin/etc. links. Static like an old-fashioned site!
The deliverable would be a ZIP file containing all of the HTML, linked images and the downloadable PDF application form ready for me to unzip and FTP to my hosting provider. I also a require instructions how to edit the text on all of the pages using Notepad, so that I can make changes to the text in the future if necessary.
