Build an Amazon Webstore using a template

I am building a webstore by Amazon for a beauty and health website. I want the website to look like this [url removed, login to view]
The functional changes I'd like to add are that there is a sign-up box for coupons, newsletters, and promotions where the flash is now displaying images. There doesn't have to be a flash slide-show there. It can be a picture. Another modification is to include a menu on the left hand side below the pictures where additional products can be added. The webstore should include all social media and product widgets available. If there are suggestions for the mobile website, that would be helpful. A Christmas theme should be included.
An integration for the mail should be included (it's Madmimi) and a category page that says referral should be included for referralcandy.com.
