Complete website design

Our business, [login to view URL], sells custom wristbands to the [login to view URL] site was made on RVSiteBuilder and it did the job, but it doesn't look great and we feel like we should have a more professional looking site. Looking for a clean design, whether it's minimalist or pseudomorphic is up for you to decide. Here's the criteria for the job: -Use a user-friendly CMS such as Wordpress or Joomla -Design and code the website using a theme from scratch (or a highly, highly suitable existing theme) -Use some of the existing content as well as content written during the job to fill the site In terms of content, the site will be: -Almost all pages static, possibly one blog page but that has not been decided -Two form pages -Seven pages in total; 5 static pages and 2 form pages Overall it will be similar to the other PromoBands site with a brand new theme and layout, suggestions are more than welcome. We will only pay a fixed price. All experience welcome, please prepare a portfolio of past work. We prefer coders in the northern GTA. The timeframe will be discussed later on.
