Corporate Graphic Profile Creation

I am looking for a company or individual to design a corporate profile for my business. I already have a logo and website that is in need of a fresh look. I am going to attach the logo to this post. I do not want everything changed drastically. I want the logo to have a fresh modern/hightech look but any customer that knows the company from before has to be able to easily identify that it is the same. I will also be looking or someone to match up my website to the same profile. If you can do both please state so as that will be a bonus and a job coming up very soon or right away depending on your price and most importantly quality of work and timely delivery.
