Design Modifications, logo design, banner design

Need to redesign my logo and create a banner from scratch. Modifications Logo: Would like to keep the structure of my original logo but change the font like "Sweet and Sour" Logo image 122. [login to view URL] also redesign the orange in the background to fit the font. Please refer below for screenshot Banner: would like the border to be like the screenshot below with a transparent background. I have content written for but must be able to come up with some creative ideas for the graphics and make it professional looking. Requirements: Must be able to start immediately and finish within 24 hours. Must have references of past projects Need Photoshop files with layers after completion MUST BE ABLE TO CREATE PROFESSIONAL HIGH DEFINITION GRAPHICS OR I WILL NOT RELEASE THE MONEY SO IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS PLEASE DO NOT BID AND WASTE YOUR TIME. If you can complete complete this task and i am happy with results i have another project immediately to update a couple of my banners. 50 USD is my budget for this project
