I need to have the following completed professionally. In return I am looking for a long-term professional partner to handle future jobs. 1) 10 Page Website with attached PDF files. (Files already created) 2) Logo 3) Letterhead 4) 1 Page Newsletter designed. We have content and template idea ready. 5) Business Card 6) 1 page designed subscription form (designed and converted to pdf) Website Template: We have a template in mind from another active site. You will need to design the site to meet its similar design. ([login to view URL]) You will also need to find photos we can use. We will give you all the ideas necessary and communicate effectively with you to complete the job. Newsletter: You will design a 1 page front and back newsletter with graphic layout including charts and images. We will provide you with all content. We need a professional like you to design the layout. IMPORTANT: Please type the words "I want this project and agree to payment terms" at the beginning of your bid. This is so I know you actually read the project details. Also in your bid description include the following. Identify who you are, why I should hire you, How you will communicate with me, your estimated time of completion, payment requirements. NOTE: I will not pay any amount of this project until the project is 100% completed. If you have to ask why then dont bid. If you do not accept these payment terms then dont bid either. Once you win this bid and receive our documents for the material you will see there is no problem with paying. It will only be after completion and not before. I do not care about your location but it is extremely important that you can communicate effectively with me. This means completing the project by the deadline and keeping in contact via email daily.
