Design 5 pages of Reports WEB APP

I need graphical designer to design few pages for my internal report management WEB application. Actually, its 2 portals, one of them will be in use by managers who report the results, the second portal will be in use by supervisors, they should review the results - summary tables, and graphs. Its quite simple WEB application, with few types of screens -about 5-6 - overall system summary report view, specific report view(2), reporter forms (2). Both portals have main navigation (3 options) , and sub-navigation each main menu has about 5-6 options. Reports of two types: table tree ( ) and google graphs library. Report form is a view with many input fields... It should be very clean and clear design, colors blue/light blue/green, etc... It should be comfortable to access and review results from iPhone too. The result of designer work should be all graphical specifications for program developers: HTML pages. Detailed description of the screens will be given to the winner.
