We would like to get a proposal for a web site design in Joomla
The scope of the site is 10-20 web pages
Refferance sites are

We will submit to the bidder a conceptual site design in wireframe, the bidder will provide a graphical design, Joomla development and testing

The bidder will submit the following
1. Grpahics
a. Preperation of at least 2 graphical design conceptual options to choose from according to the wire frames that we will submit
b. Complete the design that will be selected
2. functionality
a. Build the site according to the graphical design and the following capabilities
b. Public area
i. Alteranating pictures on home page
ii. News updates
iii. User Login
iv. Submit by form general questions and comments for a defined mail
v. Embedded Youtue clips
c. Private area for register users
i. Registered user will be able to select a category and upload (or delete) files from the frontend (no need to log in to back end)
d. Administrator (from the front end, no need to access the backend)
i. Manage users access rights to the private area (add, remove, priveleges, email notofication etc.)
ii. Update titles text and images
iii. Update news to be presented news module
e. 3 types of users that can be defined from the front end
i. Public user (anyone)
ii. Private user – with acess to provate pages and with upload access rights
iii. Administrator
f. The site will be approved by us before continuing to the next phase (Testing)
3. Testing
a. Prepare a test plan for all features supported by the web site
The test plan will be approved by us before continuing to the next phase
b. Test the web site according to test plan, submitting in the test report the pass / fail status
