I would like to develop an online store that I will use to sell products. Required features are: 1. Bilingual website: Arabic and English 2. Based on Drupal Commerce (Or Ubercart). Other technologies may also be considered as long as they are open-source. Also, ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC are acceptable. 3. Cross-browser support (IE8+, FF16+, latest Chrome, latest Safari) 4. Attractive graphic design and branding. References to previous artwork is important. Screenshots and/or Wireframes of the website should be the first deliverable of the project (before development starts) 5. Preferably, but not necessarily, an Egyptian bidder. 6. Number of bugs accepted upon final delivery: 10 or less medium- or low- priority bugs. Two or less high-priority bugs. Zero ship stoppers. 7. Clean code. (I am a software developer. I will be doing a lot of code review). Sending me a couple of example code files that you have written before is extremely preferable.
