design dynamic newsletter template

Project is to design 2 newsletter templates for 2 different wordpress sites. You will design complete first newsletter, add all email addresses, send first newsletter, and show reports on sent/errors. *Design should be modern, fresh and should match the website *Template should be completely dynamic so we can edit all aspects of it ourselves *Template should have all our relative data *Newsletter should address person by name i.e. Hi John, *Add all existing email address from excel sheet into wordpress database *Complete first newsletter and show us how to do the rest ourselves *Send first template and verify sent/errors etc *Templates should be different from each other
