Build a Buisness to Consumer Portal on existing Magento Site

We currently have the site [login to view URL] and also [login to view URL] running a Magento back-end and would like to setup another site [login to view URL] using the same Magento installation for the back-end.
Please ensure all sites run on the one install and orders etc when printed use the correct site details and email addresses.
We are expecting to use the magento category structure to offer different product ranges to each user and customer price lists functions to offer differing prices to each customer.
Please note we use some add-ons and extensions currently along with emagicone store manager [login to view URL] to run the sites.
Completion must be within 10 days of accepting the work.
We will pay 10% on the commencement of the work and 80% on completion. After install we will pay the final 10% 10 days after completion to ensure all parts of the site are working correctly.
Attached is a idea of how the site will work.
