Build a PHP + Javascript Store

The website should allow users to register as a buyer or seller. Buyers will have a virtual wallet, from which the funds can be used to purchase items listed from a seller account. I do not need any *real* payment methods to work, the site will use a virtual currency only. Registration page should have an option for buyer or seller account, seller account should require a virtual deposit to be activated and able to list items(the amount required to activate the account should be easily changeable) Sellers should have extra link son the navbar to display their sales and listings. Sellers should be able to select a category for their listing, and users should be able to browse categories. Sellers should be able to input multiple shipping options. Buyers should be able to bookmark sellers, and view all listings by that user. Buyers should be required to include delivery instructions, that will be sent to all vendors in their shopping cart(buyers should be able to purchase items from multiple vendors at once, in the same cart) Sale system should be escrow, buyer should be able to mark item as shipped, and then have the funds moved to their wallet, when the buyer marks the item as received. Buyers should be able to leave feedback for each item purchased, which can be seen on the item page and seller listing page. Account page should display their wallet balance, and allow them to change their password. If user is seller and has not paid their deposit, they should be shown a link to "activate" their seller account, using the funds in their wallet. Site should function fully. All data should be stored in a mysql database. It's requested but not required that the site load data using ajax.
