Greetings, A new startup is looking for a Ruby on Rails programmers (other platforms are also accountable but ruby is preferable) for Short one-time project - setting up a simple Web applications. General requirements: 1) Homepage with sign in and registration 2) Users administration 3) Has two different types of users - two different registration forms, etc. 4) Registration Validation by Email 5) Desktop with status for each users (paid / not paid, submitted a request / not accepted, results) 6) Every user should complete a form of preferences 7) Preferences is sent to an algorithm (that someone is writing for us) -you can talk to him about how to commit the interfacing- that's one reason we prefer Ruby based on his opinion. 8) Algorithm returns results and update status. 9) Results record for administration 10) ADMIN including basic user management (password reset, deleting specific or multiple users) and statistics. In according- a diagnostic test for system. 11) mail notification for users before results income 12) Connection to PayPal payment (or other) - different for each type users – one pays with credit card, the other- by phone and then type a code to continue. The second type should also need some subscription alert (when subscription is over and need to be renewed).
