Convert a PSD to an Opencart 1.5.6 theme

We require a fully functional turn-key theme and any required modules for Opencart that can be installed on a default Opencart 1.5.6 installation. The theme should be pixel-identical to the supplied PSD. The PSD is already sliced and grouped, as seen on the screenshot. There are another 2 PSDs currently being developed (one for categories and one for products) so more work will follow if this is implemented successfully. The fonts used are Google fonts and will be supplied. Requirements: 1. Responsive HTML5 2. Country selector drop down flag (screen [login to view URL]) 3. When hovering over the cart area the cart should be displayed. No pictures of products. (screen [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) 4. Horizontal main menu hover module (screen [login to view URL]). - Must include up to 3rd level sub categories, i.e. Chips is parent category, Beginners is child of Chips, and Chip 1 is a child category of beginners - For each menu, the admin will have the option to include an image, in this screenshot it is the "READY SETS" image. - The first subcategories ("beginners',"confirmed players","professionals") should be either displayed horizontally, as is now, or vertically in three columns 5. slider module (screen [login to view URL]) 6. tabbed module for promotions (screen [login to view URL]), best sellers, new products, our picks. - Promotions tab should have items that are on sale/discount - the user should switch tabs either by clicking on the tab name or clicking on the left-right arrows 7. Three column banner links (screen [login to view URL]). The links and the image for the link should be configurable.
