Convert a Template to a HTML page

Hello everyone, The bid will be to convert an image into a one page website, it is simple and straight forward. The page won't need advanced programming, just a HMTL5 responsive page. We are looking for someone that is quick, accurate and affordable. This project will have many faces so we're looking for long term relationship. We need this within 10 hours after winner is selected. 1: Semantic Markup (It doesn't have to be included in the bid, please let us know how much is extra for this if not included in the bid.) 2. Page should render perfectly in the newest versions of Firefox and Chrome as well as IE 9+. Please use the latest css which should be the standard. 3.
