Convert a Template to a Website

Hello Freelancers, I'm currently having a lot of projects and I need some help converting PSD to WordPress using Thesis theme 2.0. I have the PSD (around 2-4 pages only). These are my requirements: -a responsive design -a Web Developer/Designer that knows Thesis theme 2.0 (no other theme to be used) Conditions: -I will not release any payment before the project is completed -highest bid is $30 only, no more than that as this is really simple design ---->PM me for the homepage screenshot image To be considered, you have to state the SITE where you can check for the pricing plan of Thesis before your proposal message. If the project is successful, there will be more projects to come. Thanks! P.S. Bonus will be given after completion if I'm satisfied.
