Looking for a Web Designer to convert PSD files into HTML with CSS.
We have around 20 files which needs to be converted. Some pages are lengthy but some are just simple only above the fold pages.

Everything must be HAND CODED
Must use Bootstrap latest version
Use HTML5 and CSS3
Mobile Friendly and Responsive Design
Use LESS CSS (Preferred but not mandatory)
